Data used on this website
This website has no contact form and does not request your name, email address, telephone number, identity documents or payment details.
Availability enquiries use arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and, where relevant, the selected villa. The guest selector accepts adult and child counts without requesting individual ages.
Availability enquiries
These details are used to answer your availability enquiry. Enquiries pass through Vortom-Api, which communicates with Smoobu to obtain the relevant information.
When you continue to Smoobu, the link includes the selected villa, dates and adult and child counts to prepare the booking. Any details requested by that service are provided during its own process.
Browsing and direct contact
Browsing and requests to website services involve the processing of technical connection metadata, such as your IP address and request details, by the infrastructure providing the service.
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another channel linked on the Contact page, you provide the information you choose to share so that your enquiry can be answered. The external services you use have their own privacy policies. Avoid sending unnecessary data.
Privacy information
Villa maps only load when you select “View map”. Loading a map contacts Google Maps, which receives technical connection data and may use cookies and other technologies under its own policies.
Processing on this website and through its contact channels should be distinguished from processing during a booking in Smoobu. Read the privacy information for the relevant process before providing your data.
You can send questions about the use of your data or requests to exercise your rights to hola@aixovillas.com or by post to the registered office stated above. Where applicable, these rights include access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
